EUIPO European Intellectual Property Office: Grants for Intellectual Property

EUIPO is the European Union Intellectual Property Office responsible for managing the EU trade mark and the registered Community design. The EUIPO is committed to support SMEs. SMEs can request free intellectual property support and access more information and training about intellectual property. The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) can provide companies with exclusive rights for trade mark and design protection throughout the European Union (EU) with just a single application.

EUIPO currently provides the following possibilities for SMEs:


  • IP vouchers for small and medium-sized companies.


The Ideas Powered for Business SME Fund is a € 20 mln grant scheme created to help European small and medium-sized enterprises access their intellectual property rights. upported by the European Commission and the EUIPO, the Ideas Powered for Business SME Fund is aimed at businesses that wish to develop their IP strategies and protect their IP rights, at national, regional or EU level. Covering IP pre-diagnostic services (IP scan) and/or trade mark and design applications, the Ideas Powered for Business SME Fund can help you power your business.   • Apply for a European Union trade mark with the EasyFilling form.
