The Cube Athens, in partnership with Google for Startups, is organizing Startup Weekend Athens Women 2019 which is part of the international Techstars Startup Weekend.

Techstars Startup Weekend takes place in more than 150 countries, with a huge turnout of people who want to inspire, create and implement their own innovative idea in 54 hours. Launched in 2007, more than 200,000 people have participated in this business venture and have connected to a global network of entrepreneurs.

The Startup Weekend Athens Women 2019 will be a three-day event dedicated to woman’s entrepreneurship without excluding male participants. The event will begin on Friday 27th of September and will end on Sunday 29th of September. Teams participating will work on their ideas during the event and will present their business plans at the end of the weekend.

Participants will attend lectures and workshops and will have the help of experienced mentors.

A jury will vote for the best teams at the end of the weekend which will win prizes to help them boost their business ideas.
