BusinessLens
The BusinessLens diagnostic tool is an online questionnaire that assesses your business in seven key areas: financial management & performance, market knowledge, marketing & sales, human resources, strategy & organisation, risk management and operations. After completing the questionnaire, Business Lens creates a report showing your results as well as how you can further develop and finance your business and much more. Whether this means getting personalised advice, accessing finance from one of our partner financial institutions, strengthening your leadership skills or simply meeting other women entrepreneurs, this report can help you accelerate your business.
Training Programmes
Training programmes for women include the following workshops:
Leadership in action
Going digital
Keys to financial management
ICT solutions
From entrepreneur to enterprise
Women entrepreneurs can attend one workshop or all five, depending on what they need. Thanks to the generous support of our donors, we can charge a reduced participation cost for each workshop.
Mentoring
Using our partnerships with international mentoring initiatives like the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women the EBRD connects women entrepreneurs with an experienced entrepreneur from our global network. Having the knowledge and experience of a mentor to draw on can help to improve personal impact and overcome challenges.
Credit Lines (not available in Cyprus)
The EBRD offers credit lines to banks for on-lending to women-led SMES. This includes tailored technical assistance to help them better service women clients.
